Ayesha Jackson studied Biological Science at the University of Guelph before graduating with honours at Westervelt College for massage therapy. Ayesha has experience working with children and older, for alterations in health including muscle strains, joint sprains, joint restrictions and more. She is registered and in good standings with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
I am committed to empowering patients to develop a greater understanding of their body and lifestyle in order to pursue lifelong health. Health and wellness are close to my heart and I plan to further my education and expand my knowledge of the human body in studying Osteopathy. In my free time, I love to stay active playing volleyball, hiking local trails, and camping in provincial parks. I also have a passion for cooking love to dabble in culinary arts.
Ayesha offers treatment Wednesday's and Saturdays at the clinic. Focusing on General Swedish Massage, Indie Head Massage and TMJ Treatments

What are the Benefits of Cupping Therapy?
Cupping Therapy is another modality either incorporated into traditional massage therapy treatments or used a as tool to help with scar tissue, circulation, deep muscular tissue, and fascial layers. The cups create a vacuum seal over the area of application.

Does Cupping leave marks?
Painless pink spots can appear on the skin, the size of the cup. This just represents the stagnant blood beneath the tissue. The process of cupping increases the body circulation of oxygen and nutrients to tight muscles and tissue and aids in repair and healing. These markings can last for up to 5-7 days.
